Clemens Busch maakt in zijn Marienburg-wijngaard niet alleen duizelingwekkende droge Rieslings, maar ook schitterende zoete. De Spätlese Goldkapsel is een van onze favorieten. Clemens maakt deze wijn niet ieder jaar, maar uitsluitend in jaren met warme en droge omstandigheden, waardoor er iets botrytis (oftewel edele rot) kan ontstaan. De (officieuze) aanduiding Goldkapsel geeft aan dat het een bijzonder mooie kwaliteit Spätlese betreft, die bijna naar een Auslese neigt.
