Sour-cream and cooked-apple nose. Loose bead but it's by no means flabby. Like the 7 Crus, it has breadth but the fruit tastes riper and richer. Peaches and very intense citrus. Round finish.

Notes of citrus oil, white flowers, freshly baked bread and hazelnuts, followed by a medium to full-bodied, creamy and satiny palate that's bright, lively and chalky.
It fermented in oak foudres and barriques. It has contained ripeness, 13.5% alcohol and a very fresh and mineral profile. They produced around 35,000 bottles of this.

The 2020 Ultreia Godello shows restraint and very low pH (3.2!) with high acidity (6.6 to 6.8). None of the whites go through malolactic, and this is the freshest vintage of this wine so far.
